Teeth Whitening
Let your Smile Sparkle
Teeth Whitening is available to lighten coffee-stained teeth, remove cigarette and tobacco stain, and eliminate yellowing of teeth due to aging.
In Office Power Teeth Bleaching:
This procedure is usually accomplished in one appointment and serves as a booster for at-home teeth whitening. A concentrated teeth whitening gel is applied to the teeth.
At Home Dentist Supervised Teeth Whitening:
Custom Trays are fabricated from molds taken of your teeth. The trays are worn for several hours each day or night. On average most patients will bleach for approximately two weeks. More severe stains require extended use of the home teeth whitening system.

Composite Fillings
A filling is used to replace or restore a tooth that is damaged from a cavity or a fracture. Today’s advances in dentistry allow for the use of state of the art tooth colored resins that make the unsightly black fillings a thing of the past. All of your old and damaged amalgam silver fillings can be replaced with white bonded composite fillings. White fillings have many advantages over the older amalgam type filling. White fillings are mercury free, and because they bond to the tooth a white filling:
- Is more conservative because they require less tooth removal
- Strengthens the tooth and makes the tooth less prone to fracture
- Greatly reduces hot and cold sensitivity
Finally, white filling composites are preferred by most patients. This is due to the natural color, strength and overall appearance and feel. Back to top

Direct Bonding
State of the art tooth colored resins offer our dentists the ability to repair chipped or fractured teeth, close spaces between teeth and brighten or add length to a tooth. Using a conservative approach, Dr. Ramirez can enhance a tooth or your smile with minimal or no tooth reduction. The procedure is usually completed in one appointment and is relatively inexpensive. Composite Bonding may be used as a substitute for porcelain veneers. For more dramatic improvements, porcelain veneers are preferable. Dr. Ramirez will discuss the options available and you can decide what is best for your smile.

Porcelain Veneers
A thin wafer of porcelain which is bonded to teeth gives our patients the opportunity to achieve the smile they always wanted with a lasting, confident look. Porcelain veneers do more than straighten teeth and make beautiful smiles. Veneers transform crooked and discolored teeth and close gaps between teeth. Worn and damaged teeth are restored to beautiful and natural looking teeth. Dr. Ramirez is happy to evaluate your teeth so that your individual needs and wants can be satisfied. Together you can decide if porcelain veneers are for you! Back to top

Porcelain Crowns
Having the most natural appearance, porcelain crowns are metal free. Crowns are permanent coverings fitting over a tooth that has been decayed, damaged or fractured beyond what a filling can restore. Once a crown is placed, the team at Your Boca Dentist can help your crown last a long time with proper dental care and regular preventative visits to our office. Back to top

Fixed Dental Bridge
Extensive decay, advanced gum disease or traumatic injury can lead to the loss of a tooth or teeth. The replacement of these missing teeth is necessary in order to maintain proper chewing and support of the facial muscles and the bite. Tooth loss can affect the way you eat, speak, and the alignment of other teeth in your mouth. A bridge is one of the options available when deciding how to replace a missing tooth or teeth.
A bridge is a fixed cemented permanent denture designed to support prosthetic teeth (pontics) between two healthy natural teeth (abutments). They may be placed in the front or sides of the mouth.
With today’s technology bridges are more natural looking, longer lasting and easier to place. Fabricating a bridge takes anywhere from 2 or more appointments depending on the complexity of the case. Like crowns, bridges are made of similar materials and follow a similar fabrication process.
